Meet Dawn Stevens
My name is Dawn Stevens. I am a Family Nurse Practitioner specializing in the art of medical aesthetics. I am the owner of Marlana Aesthetics and Wellness, a woman-owned small business focusing on cosmetic injectables, medical-grade skincare and medical weight loss. As a nurse injector in Nottingham, MD, I believe the best results are the ones that still look like you.

My background
My nursing background always centered around perioperative services in one form or another. I managed a surgery center and even became adjunct faculty for the Community College of Baltimore County. I did about an 8 year stint in the pharmaceutical industry and was itching to go back to school and further my education and career when I was introduced to aesthetics. I soon figured out I was pretty good at it and went full steam ahead.
My philosophy
I try to be as real and genuine as I can. Maybe it's my age, but I just don't have time for fakeness. I will tell you no. I won't give you what you want if I think it's a bad idea. If you ask me my opinion, I will give it to you honestly. My clients know and trust me because of this. That means more to me than making a sale.
Beyond the clinic
I'm married with two daughters and two French bulldogs.
The Injectormama IG handle started off as a joke and quickly stuck. After all, my girls call me mama. I'm a soccer mama, a Frenchie mama and an injector mama.
